Grace Wang heads up Alibaba Cloud's New Zealand business. Alibaba Cloud helps connect New Zealand companies to China and supports local businesses to adopt Cloud and AI technologies and to expand internationally. Alibaba Cloud drives digitalization and data-based optimization, promoting best practices using advanced technologies.

Grace has a multi-cultural background working in China, India, New Zealand and Australia. She has held multiple leadership roles and has gained deep understanding in both commercial and consumer IT technologies. In her career Grace has worked with leading technology vendors including Hewlett-Packard, Sophos, Webroot, Carbonite, Ruckus, Huawei, Netgear and Arlo.

Grace has Master of Management with Distinction from Massey University, New Zealand.
She grew up in China and moved to New Zealand in 2012.

Unice Liu is the Managing Director and Partner of Baldwin Boyle Group China, an AsiaPacific-focused reputation management and communications consultancy.

Passionate about helping build connections, understanding and trust between organisations and the people who matter most to them, Unice’s expertise include stakeholder engagement, crisis and issues management, thought leadership building, media relations and digital engagement. Unice has deep experience in leading strategic, multi-market communications programmes across food and agribusiness, travel and tourism, education, real estate and manufacturing sectors.

Based in Shanghai, Unice and her team are focused on helping foreign businesses navigate and leverage China’s media and digital landscape, to best achieve their business objectives.

Prior to joining Baldwin Boyle, Unice is part of a hospitality and tourism branding consulting firm with clients including the Singapore Tourism Board, the National HeritageBoard and the Suntec Convention Centre.

Unice is effectively bilingual and holds a Bachelor (Honours) in Social Sciences (Communications and New Media) from the National University of Singapore.

Hannah Churchill founded hcreates interior design in Shanghai in 2010 to bring more international design to the growing city and create spaces for people to enjoy. hcreates is one of the most well-known design studios in Shanghai for building successful hospitality spaces as well as modern offices, wellness spaces and retail spaces too.
 
Hannah was born and raised in the South Island of New Zealand and is a trained architect with a passion for all things creative. Her design philosophy comes from an ingrained sense of Kiwi ingenuity, innovation and practicality. She believes design should be simple, clever and fun and enhance one’s environment and leave people feeling inspired. She was recognized in 2019 in the AD100 top 100 designers in China.

As Marketing Director for the publicly listed global wine company Treasury Wine Estates, Christy leads brand building, PR communication, consumer and shopper marketing for TWE’s luxury wine brand Penfolds in Greater China region.

Since 2012, Christy has led a portfolio of brands integrated marketing at TWE across North Asia, successfully building flagship brand such as Penfolds to become top imported wine brand in China as well as establishing TWE’s market leadership in wine industry.

Coming from an advertising and PR background, Christy has also served at global wine and spirts companies including Pernod Ricard and Edrington in Hong Kong.

Originally from Melbourne, Joanne has spent a significant part of her adult life travelling, living and working overseas. Kyoto, Beijing and Shanghai have been second homes along the way.

She has over 20 years of experience in working in Asia, starting her own major sport events business in Japan, working for the Australian Embassy in its Cultural Affairs department in Beijing in the 90s, and finally with EY in Shanghai from 2007 onwards.

She joined EY in Australia in 1999 and has held several leadership roles during this time. She is currently leading the global firm’s marketing for family businesses, previously led marketing across Asia-Pacific for high growth companies and was selected to head up the newly formed business group to Australia-New Zealand-China business group.

She launched EY’s successful Asia-Pacific Winning Women program for women entrepreneurs in 2014 aligning her interests in enabling outstanding women to go further and her passion for entrepreneurship.

Joanne lives in Shanghai with her husband, Musa, and their two children, Isabelle and Nicholas.
