Ryan Wang embarked on his wine career in 2009 as a sales person. By 2010, he had taken on a management role at Riversdale Cellars, a retail business with a 25-year history. Within two years, Ryan successfully revitalized the business. Simultaneously, he established Riversdale Fine Wines, a wholesale business specializing in the export of Australian boutique wines. By the end of 2018, the company was exporting over 100 containers annually.

In 2014, Ryan began collaborating with Tahbilk, the oldest and one of the most renowned wineries in Victoria. Under his influence, Tahbilk wines are now sold in more than 30 cities across China, achieving significant brand recognition.
