Simon Woods is the CEO and Executive Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai). He leads the secretariate in all matters to provide value to members of the Chamber and broader Chinese-Australian communities.

Simon has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2016, and brings a wealth of operational, China and global management experience. Prior to his time in China, Simon resided in Australia, where he developed a diverse range of knowledge across industries including logistics, FMCG, security and finance.

Simon utilises his broad range of industry, global management, and China-Australia experience to ensure a strong strategic direction for AustCham Shanghai that maximises member value, encourages and strengthens relationships, and develops improved understanding of China and Australia.

Ms. Victoria Foster has been an international educator for over 20 years. She started her teaching career in Winchester, UK before moving overseas to work in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia.

She is currently the Head of Junior School at Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong. Victoria has been the Chair of the British Chamber Education Committee since August 2021 and has also served as a Council of International Schools Accreditor for over 10 years.

Hailing from Ottawa, Canada, Matt studied History and Political Science at the University of Ottawa, graduating with honors. After gaining experience in the public sector Matt moved to the private sector, before relocating to Shanghai in 2012.

After a stint as an English educator, an entrepreneur at heart, Matt soon founded Boar, a sports gear and apparel sourcing company. Then in 2015, he co-founded Five: IT, a creative tech agency.

In 2019, he joined the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai as Deputy Director. In June 2020, he was named Executive Director.
