Feng Xue
President at Invest SH薛锋，男，上海市人，毕业于上海对外贸易学院、上海交通大学，获文学学士学位、公共管理硕士学位。曾任职于商务部世界贸易组织司、上海市商务委员会（期间在上海东方汇文国际文化服务贸易有限公司挂职担任总经理助理）。现担任上海市外国投资促进中心（上海市对外投资促进中心）主任一职。
曾先后参与了我国在多双边场合的国际贸易规则谈判，对国家和上海在货物贸易、服务贸易、贸易便利化和引进来、走出去双向投资方面有一定研究。
Mr. Xue Feng, graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and Shanghai Jiaotong University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Public Administration.
He worked at the World Trade Organization Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce (during which he was appointed as assistant to the General Manager of Shanghai Oriental Huiwen International Cultural Service Trade Co., Ltd).
He is currently the Director of the Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board (Shanghai Overseas Investment Development Board), also known as Invest Shanghai.
He has successively participated in negotiation of China's multilateral and bilateral trade rules, and has extensive knowledge on trade in goods, trade in services, trade facilitation, and two-way investment from both the State and Shanghai’s perspective.
Xiaofan Wang
Third-level Researcher at Investment Promotion Department of Pudong New District Commission of Commerce in Shanghai王晓帆，北京语言学院英语对外汉语专业本科，上海市浦东新区商务委员会投资促进处三级调研员。
1993年起入职浦东新区经济贸易局（浦东商务委前身）从事吸引外资工作；
2000年-2011年，参与上海世博会的申办、筹办、举办全程，曾任上海世博会事务协调局国际参展部助理部长；
2011年至今，浦东新区商务委投资促进处吸引外资工作；其中2015年，入选上海迪士尼开业准备实训小组赴美国迪士尼总部见习；
具有30年丰富的跨文化交流、吸引外资、外事、洽谈协调经验
Mr. Wang Xiaofan, has a bachelor majoring in English and Chinese as a Foreign Language from Beijing Language and Culture Institute, he is currently Third-level Researcher in the Investment Promotion Department of Pudong New District Commission of Commerce in Shanghai.
He joined Pudong New Area Economic and Trade Bureau (the predecessor of Pudong Commission of Commerce) and started attracting foreign investment in 1993. From 2000 to 2011, he participated in the bidding, preparation and hosting of the Shanghai WorldExpo as Assistant Director of the International Exhibition Coordination Department of the Bureau of Shanghai WorldExpo.
Since 2011, he’s been focusing on FDI promotion in the Investment Promotion Department of Pudong New Area Commission of Commerce. In 2015, he was selected as a trainee of the training group for Shanghai Disney's opening preparation for the Disney headquarters in the United States.
Mr. Wang boasts 30 years of rich experience in cross-cultural exchanges, FDI, foreign affairs, negotiation and coordination.

同时，还协助完成了近百个外商投资(FDI) 项目的选址评估与 方案咨询。
Researcher of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences，Guest Researcher of Weiqiao Information Shanghai FDI Research Center . Researcher of Shanghai Branch of China Center for International Economic Exchange. He also served as the China Business Development Consultant for the Regional Headquarters of multiple overseas multinational companies in China (Shanghai), as Independent Director of listed companies, and a member of the expert pool for domestic and foreign mainstream media. Formerly vice president of Shanghai Consulting Association.
As a long-term policy research and project consultant, he has been responsible for dozens of special research projects covering policy on foreign investment industries and attracting foreign capital. He also worked on the study of the Economic Development Index for Foreign Capital and the Evaluation Report of the Business Environment for Foreign Investment in Shanghai and surrounding regions.
His main research achievements include:
- The Research Report on the Development Index of Foreign Funded Enterprises in Shanghai.
- The Dynamic Analysis Report on Foreign Capital Entering and Leaving Shanghai.
- The Report on the Development of Business Environment in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta Region.
- Research on the Path of Shanghai Free Trade Zone serving the National Strategy of the "One Belt One Road".
- The Research Report on the Transformation and Upgrading of Processing Trade in Dongguan, Guangdong.
- The 2013-2018 Suzhou Processing Trade Development Report.
- At the same time, he also assisted in site selection evaluation and scheme consultation of nearly 100 foreign investment (FDI) projects.
Simon Woods
CEO and Executive Director of AustCham ShanghaiSimon Woods is the CEO and Executive Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai). He leads the secretariate in all matters to provide value to members of the Chamber and broader Chinese-Australian communities.
Simon has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2016, and brings a wealth of operational, China and global management experience. Prior to his time in China, Simon resided in Australia, where he developed a diverse range of knowledge across industries including logistics, FMCG, security and finance.
Simon utilises his broad range of industry, global management, and China-Australia experience to ensure a strong strategic direction for AustCham Shanghai that maximises member value, encourages and strengthens relationships, and develops improved understanding of China and Australia.
林世文是上海澳大利亚商会-上海（AustCham Shanghai）的首席执行官和执行董事。他负责秘书处处理所有事务，为商会成员和更广泛的中澳社区提供价值。
林世文自2016年以来一直在上海生活和工作，积累了丰富的运营和管理经验。在中国之前，林世文居住在澳大利亚，在那里他在物流、快速消费品、安全和金融等行业积累了丰富的知识。
