Stephanie is a highly qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in the accounting and finance industries, both in Australia and China.

Stephanie has worked with businesses in numerous industries including media, IT technology, manufacturing and retail, and professional services, assisting them with tax compliance, financial reporting, international tax, and assisting Australian companies to set up business in China.

Zhaopeng is the Senior China Strategist in the Greater China Economics team at ANZ, responsible for macroeconomic research and FICC strategy. As one of few economists serving for foreign banks from China onshore, Mr. Xing is well connected and emphasised by global clients of ANZ. He is one of top China forecasters on Bloomberg and WSJ.
In an economics career spanning more than 10 years, Mr. Xing worked across Greater China with a focus on monetary policy and financial market. Prior to ANZ, he worked for the National Bureau of Statistics, GTJA Securities and China Financial Futures Exchanges. He currently is a PhD candidate at Tsinghua University. He earned a master's degree from Peking University.

Bob Olivar is the founder and CEO of Overseas Capital Management (OCM), an SEC Registered Investment Advisor firm specializing in wealth management and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals globally. Originally from Chicago, Mr. Olivar has been living in Shanghai for more than 20 years, and he has been senior advisor to the SHFE-Shanghai Futures Exchange and the CFEX-China Financial Futures Exchange.

Prior to OCM, Mr. Olivar was the founder and CEO of Olivar & Greb Capital Management, an investment advisory firm based in Boston and Shanghai. Mr. Olivar’s career started at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group) in the early 1980’s, in that capacity, Mr. Olivar was a professional futures and options trader. Mr. Olivar graduated from University of Iowa. He speaks fluent English and minor in Chinese.

Becky is responsible for Fragomen’s practice in China, supervising a team handling inbound and outbound visas and work permits.

As the leading professional in the increasingly complex area of China immigration, she is experienced in assisting multinational corporations, financial institutions, and other global employers with employment-based immigration and investor visas.

Becky also advises clients on immigration-related compliance, strategies for the transfer of expatriate workforce into China and throughout the country as well as Chinese companies transfer expatriate workforce to other countries. Beecher is an active supporter of the HR community in China and has served in a variety of volunteer roles including Vice Chair of the Australian Chamber HR Group and Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai’s HR Committee. In addition, Beecher has served over 10 years on the Board (and 4 years as the Chairman) of local education charity Shanghai Sunrise which has provided over 10,500 student scholarships since 1996.

Her expertise includes organization governance and structure design, total reward strategy and design, competency modeling and assessment, talent management, workforce analytics and transformation, leadership development and coaching, HR process re-engineering and change management

She has participated in various large-scaled organization transformation programs for state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and private companies in various countries/cities worldwide, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the United States

Before joining EY, Ms Kong was the China Managing Head of a global leading HR consulting firm. She also was the Strategic Talent Development Director for Motorola Asia Pacific Mobile Services.

She is a well-known expert in the market and delivers key note speeches in many external HR forums. She also performs executive coaching to many private enterprise founders/CEOs in China.

Mr. Stan Qiu holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai International Studies University. He has previously worked at Shanghai Huashan Hospital and a renowned medical institution, accumulating years of experience in hospital business management. In 2010, he was dispatched to the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission's Emergency Office, where he assisted in various large-scale government medical security works, including the Shanghai Expo.

Mr. Dylan Say Keong Tey (鄭世強) (“Mr. Tey”), aged 47, joined our Group in August 2021 as chief financial officer of the Company. He is responsible for overseeing our Group’s finance, legal, investments and capital market activities. He has more than 20 years of financial and industry-related experience. Mr. Tey started his career with Ernst &Young, Malaysia in January 1999 to October 2004, and last held the position of audit manager. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers ZhongTian LLP (“PwC China”) in November 2004 as audit manager, and was admitted to partnership in July 2011. From July 2011 to March 2018, Mr. Tey served as an audit partner in PwC China with focusing on the technology industry, while also managing the firm’s relationship with a number of venture capital firms, and was a member of its private equity leadership team. He was the chief financial officer of We Doctor Holdings Limited, an online healthcare services company in China, from April 2018 to April 2019. Mr. Tey was the co-chief financial officer and senior vice president of Hello Inc. from May 2019 to August 2021, responsible for its finance and legal functions. Mr. Tey received his bachelor’s degree with a double major in accounting and finance from University of New South Wales, Australia in December 1998. He has been a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants since June 2002 and July 2002, respectively. Mr. Tey became a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong in January 2012 and he was admitted as a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand in November 2017.
