Michael is currently Vice National Chair of the Legal & Competition Working Group under the European Union Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center. He has more than 20 years of experience in advising international companies’ investment in China in all legal aspects including M&A, restructuring and daily operation. Michael is now heading the firm's TMC practice for China. He has profound experience and good reputation in areas concerning industrial investment/funding, IT compliance, data/privacy protection and cyber security. Michael holds CIPP/E certification as granted by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
