Tina has a deep knowledge and experience in development management, covering areas including residential office, retail and service apartments. Most recently, Tina was Development Director for One Museum Place. In this capacity, Tina was deeply involved in areas including land bidding, construction, asset management and property operation. Her work with One Museum Place has allowed the property to achieve LEED Platinum, WELL platinum and several other awards for building sustainability.
