Navigating Change: Aus-China Perspective on Innovation, Workforce & Industry Transformation

Join Adelaide University and Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) China for a forum exploring the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of business, talent and Australia–China engagement.

Discussions will examine shifting consumer demand in China, the impact of AI and digital transformation, geopolitical and market uncertainty, sustainability and climate-related pressures, and the capabilities graduates and professionals will need to succeed in the future workforce.

Bringing together leaders and representatives from industry, higher education, alumni networks and Australia–China business communities, this forum is designed to move beyond discussion and identify practical opportunities for collaboration. Participants will explore potential initiatives including internships, mentoring, industry engagement, executive education, alumni programs, industry capability-building and research translation, while building valuable cross-sector connections.
