Whether you are looking for your first job, preparing for a career move, or thinking about your next career step, you may find yourself wondering: AI is developing faster than we can plan our careers, more and more work tasks are being automated, future career roles are becoming increasingly uncertain, and it is becoming harder to understand where our competitive advantage lies.

无论你是正在寻找第一份工作、准备跳槽，还是正在思考下一步职业发展，你是否有会有这样的困惑。AI 的发展速度快于职业规划，越来越多的工作任务正在被自动化，未来的职业角色充满不确定性，而我们也越来越难以判断自己的竞争优势在哪里。

This MentorMeet session will focus on career development in the age of AI, exploring how AI is reshaping the workplace and what this means for young professionals. It will help participants better understand their strengths, recognise the skills that matter, and think more clearly about their next career step.

本期 MentorMeet 将聚焦 AI 时代的职业发展，探讨 AI 如何正在改变职场，以及这对年轻职活动将帮助参与者更好地认识自身优势，了解未来值得发展的能力，并更清晰地思考下一步的职业方向。

The session will explore these questions through real-world cases, group discussions, and practical activities.

本次活动将通过实际案例、小组讨论和实践活动，围绕以下问题展开探讨。

Will AI replace your job? What skills should you develop? And what is the JD really looking for?

AI 会不会替代你的工作？未来应该提升什么能力？一份 JD 背后真正想找的又是什么？

Rather than focusing on AI from a purely technical perspective, this workshop will take a practical and interactive approach to exploring job requirements, AI capabilities, and human strengths. Through real-world cases, group discussions, idea sharing, and presentations, participants will be encouraged to look beyond simply matching themselves to a job description and instead ask: What value can I bring, and what should I develop next? By analysing the capabilities a job truly requires and reflecting on their own strengths and experiences, participants will gain a clearer understanding of where they can create value, identify areas for further growth, and explore the capabilities worth investing in for their future careers.

本次 Workshop 不会停留在对 AI 的技术讨论，而是从岗位需求、AI 能力和人的优势出发，通过实际案例、小组讨论、观点交流与展示，引导参与者跳出"按照 JD 一项项匹配自己"的思维方式，进一步思考："我能够创造什么价值？"以及"下一步真正值得提升的是什么？"。通过深入分析职位描述背后真正需要的能力，并重新认识自身的优势与经验，参与者将更清楚地了解自己能够创造的价值，明确未来需要进一步发展的方向，并探索在职业发展中值得持续投入和提升的能力。
