TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) is a purpose-led-profit family business consisting of OCTAVE, IMC Industrial, and various non-profit organisations operating as one integrated system to create a well-being business ecosystem. The company's headquarters is in Singapore, with a strong presence in China, Indonesia, and Thailand. TPC employs more than 8000 people.

David Chen is the Managing Director of OCTAVE. Within the OCTAVE group, he is leading the local strategy, boosting operational efficiency, propelling revenue growth, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Before joining OCTAVE, he serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Service Officer at the Golden Eagle Retail Group, a HKEX-listed company.

With a substantial track record of leading and overseeing diverse business divisions across both the US and China, coupled with more than a decade of experience in China's foreign enterprises, state-owned entities, and private corporations.
