Before joining Kmart, he served as the technical manager at a renowned consulting firm, where he worked with EU retailers on sustainability platform development and the delivery of sustainable concepts. Additionally, he was the deputy lead of the Green Plastic Recycling Group and a sustainability consultant for PINFA (Halogen-Free Flame Retardant Association) in China.
