Refund Policy
Please be advised that if you wish to cancel, you must email AustCham Shanghai event staff at knox.xiao@austchamshanghai.com by 5:00 PM two days prior to the day of the event. Due to service fees charged by Glue Up and online payment providers, we can only refund up to 90% of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the event. Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
