Refund Policy

Please be advised that if you wish to cancel, you must email AustCham Shanghai event staff at knox.xiao@austchamshanghai.com by 5:00 PM two days prior to the day of the event. Due to service fees charged by Glue Up and online payment providers, we can only refund up to 90% of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after the event. Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.

请注意，如您希望取消报名，须在活动开始前两天的下午5点之前发送邮件至澳大利亚商会-上海活动团队（knox.xiao@austchamshanghai.com）。由于 Glue Up 及线上支付平台会收取服务费，我们最多只能退还 90% 的票价。退款将在活动结束后 14天内原路退回。逾期取消将不予退款。
