AustCham Shanghai cordially invites Chamber members to attend the Annual General Meeting, to be held at 4pm (registration starts at 3:55pm) on 21st June 2023.
All members in good standing may register to attend the AGM, including Non-Voting Members. You may register more than one attendee from your member company, but Voting Members have only one Voting Member representative who votes at the AGM.
Only Voting Members in good standing and registered to attend the event may vote at the Annual General Meeting. Non-Voting Members may register to attend. Observers who are neither associated with a Voting Member or Non-Voting Member have no right to attend and access to the meeting is at the discretion of the Board and management.
The rules governing the attendance and conduct of the Annual General Meeting are set out in Clause 8, Schedule A of the Members Charter which can be found in the corporate governance section of our website.
Please note that this is a member-only event. The confirmation of registration does not occur automatically as all registrations need to be checked for attendance eligibility.
Please register once per attendee. Priority will be given to the named representatives of Voting Members.
Offline location will be emailed to you on June 14th 2023, however if you register to attend online, you will be emailed the Microsoft Teams link to join the event on the morning of June 21st 2023.
