本次Workshop从岗位需求、AI 能力和人的优势出发，通过实际案例、小组讨论、观点交流与展示，引导参与者跳出"按照 JD 一项项匹配自己"的思维方式，进一步思考："我能够创造什么价值？"以及"下一步真正值得提升的是什么？"。

This workshop will take a practical and interactive approach to exploring job requirements, AI capabilities, and human strengths. Through real-world cases, group discussions, idea sharing, and presentations, participants will be encouraged to look beyond simply matching themselves to a job description and instead ask: What value can I bring, and what should I develop next?

通过深入分析职位描述背后真正需要的能力，并重新认识自身的优势与经验，参与者将更清楚地了解自己能够创造的价值，明确未来需要进一步发展的方向，并探索在职业发展中值得持续投入和提升的能力。

By analysing the capabilities a job truly requires and reflecting on their own strengths and experiences, participants will gain a clearer understanding of where they can create value, identify areas for further growth, and explore the capabilities worth investing in for their future careers.
