As young professionals navigate the early stages of their careers, developing a strong understanding of business fundamentals and long-term career pathways has become increasingly important. This session will explore key skills that young professionals should build early, offer insights into career development within professional services, and introduce essential financial concepts that help professionals better understand how businesses operate and make decisions.

The evening will open with a keynote session led by Lynn Lv, Partner, Audit at SBA Stone Forest CPA and CPA member, who will share insights on the skills young professionals should build early in their careers. Drawing on her experience in professional services, she will discuss career pathways in the accounting and advisory industry, while also introducing key business finance concepts that can help young professionals better understand how companies operate and make strategic decisions.
活动将以主题演讲拉开序幕，特邀 SBA Stone Forest 会计师事务所审计合伙人、CPA会员 Lynn Li 进行分享。她将围绕年轻职场人应尽早培养的关键能力展开，并结合其在专业服务行业的丰富经验，介绍会计与咨询领域的职业发展路径，同时解读基础商业财务知识，帮助年轻职场人更好地理解企业运作与商业决策逻辑。
Following the keynote, participants will join small-group discussions with invited business leaders and experienced industry professionalsfor engaging conversations and personal networking opportunities in a relaxed and supportive environment.

AUD PARTNER at SBA Stone Forest
Lynn has more than 15 years of working experience with public accounting firms. She is member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“CICPA”), and member of CPA Australia. She is currently partner responsible for the audit practice in both Shanghai and Beijing office.Lynn has extensive experience in assurance and advisory related work. Lynn started her career with Deloitte in 2004 where she provided assurance and advisory services to clients for 3 years, with a focus on manufacturing, infrastructure and real estate industries. Prior to joining SBA, Lynn has also spent 3 years with one of the top 10
local accounting firms of China, where she developed audit exposure to China listed companies, financial institutions and funds. Lynn has also assisted with RSM Singapore on non-assurance projects, including review of internal controls, financial due diligence and forensic reviews.
吕岳女士拥有近20年的会计师事务所工作经验。她是中国注册会计师执业会员和澳洲注册会计师协会会员。她目前负责中瀚石林上海和北京的审计业务。吕岳女士在鉴证和咨询业务领域拥有丰富的j经验。她于2004年在德勤华永会计师事务所开始职业生涯，在此期间主要为制造业和房地产业客户提供鉴证类服务，包括中国法定报表审计以及集团合并报表审计。在加入中瀚石林之前，吕岳女士也曾为两家排名前10的中国本土会计师事务所提供服务。在此期间她积累了A股上市公司以及私募股权基金的审计经验。加入中瀚石林后，除了鉴证类服务之外，吕岳女士也带领团队与RSM新加坡共同为客户提供咨询类服务，包括内控复核，财务税务尽调，反舞弊调查，诉讼支持等。

Huang
Head of Shanghai Branch at National Australia Bank Shanghai Branch
Patrick joined NAB in Shanghai Branch as Director of Trade Finance in 2012 since it was early established. He’s one of the key members of the Branch to develop its corporate & FI trade business in the Greater China region. In August 2022, he was appointed as Branch Manager (Head of) Shanghai Branch and the legal responsible person as registered and approved by China local regulator [CBIRC/NFRA Circulate No. 314(2020)].
Patrick has over 20+ years’ experience in foreign bank industry in China, specialised in corporate banking, trade & transactional banking, structured trade and commodity finance with different foreign banks, such as BNP Paribas, ANZ, HSBC and UOB.
黄滢 于 2012 年加入 National Australia Bank（澳大利亚国民银行AB）上海分行，担任贸易融资总监，是分行早期成立阶段的核心成员之一。他在推动分行在大中华区企业及金融机构（FI）贸易业务发展方面发挥了关键作用。2022 年 8 月，Patrick 被任命为上海分行行长，并获中国监管机构 （文件编号：银保监会/金监总局〔2020〕314 号）核准，担任法定负责人。
黄滢在中国外资银行业拥有超过 20 年的从业经验，专长领域包括公司银行业务、贸易与交易银行、结构性贸易融资及大宗商品融资。他曾任职于多家国际银行，包括 BNP Paribas、ANZ、HSBC 和 UOB。
