This MentorMeet session will focus on cross-industry career growth, exploring how professionals can navigate career transitions, identify transferable skills, and create value when entering new fields. Through the personal journeys and insights of experienced industry leaders, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how diverse backgrounds can become a foundation for future opportunities.
本次 MentorMeet 将围绕 "跨行业成长" 这一主题展开，探讨年轻职场人如何面对职业转型、识别可迁移能力，并在进入新的行业领域时创造价值。通过资深行业人士的职业经历与实践分享，参与者将进一步了解多元背景如何成为未来职业发展的重要基础。
In addition to the industry insights and discussions, participants will also have the opportunity to experience something new beyond their usual professional environment. Following the event, 15 exclusive fencing experience slots will be available for selected participants, inviting members to step into a new field, try fencing firsthand, and explore the connection between learning, challenge, and personal growth.
除了行业分享与交流讨论之外，本次活动还将带来一次突破日常职业场景的全新体验。活动将提供 15 个击剑体验名额，邀请会员亲身参与击剑体验，在探索新领域的过程中感受挑战、学习与个人成长之间的联系。

Sun Elaine
Chairman and Founder of Up Medical
Elaine Sun founded UP Medical in 2014 and serves as its chairman. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor's and master’s degrees in business and law, as well as a Doctor of Business Administration and Law.
She founded the first rehabilitation and sports medicine medical centre in China, introducing the world's leading sports medicine system to the country. She popularised the concept of sports rehabilitation, promoted the development of China's sports rehabilitation industry, and helped sports rehabilitation become an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
孙晓怡女士于2014年创办优复医疗，并担任董事长。她毕业于悉尼大学，拥有商学、法学本科和硕士学位，以及工商管理与法学博士学位。
她创办的优复医疗，打造了全国首家康复医疗中心，把全球领先的运动康复体系引入国内，普及运动康复理念，推动中国运动康复行业发展，引领运动康复成为一种健康生活方式。
Theresa Wang
GM at Vango Fencing HuacaoClub
Theresa Wang holds a Master of Commerce in Marketing from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of International Business from Macquarie University.
She has extensive experience in China and global markets, having led market expansion, strategic partnerships, and sourcing initiatives for premium Australian agricultural products and wines. She previously served as Business Development and Procurement Manager at Joyvio, a subsidiary of Legend Holdings, and contributed to the growth of Australian wine brands in China, including Kilikanoon Wines. Since founding Eternity Wines & Spirits in 2014, she has continued to promote premium wines through innovative marketing, consumer education, and wine events.
In 2026, she expanded into the sports industry by founding Vango Fencing Huacao Center, where she serves as Legal Representative and General Manager, providing professional fencing training for youth and adults in Shanghai.
王沙女士毕业于新南威尔士大学，获得市场营销商学硕士学位，并拥有麦考瑞大学国际商务学士学位。
她拥有丰富的中国及国际市场经验，曾推动澳大利亚优质农业产品及葡萄酒的市场拓展、品牌建设与商业合作。她曾任联想控股旗下佳沃集团（Joyvio）业务发展与采购经理，并在Kilikanoon Wines等澳洲葡萄酒品牌进入中国市场过程中发挥重要作用。2014年创立Eternity Wines & Spirits后，她持续通过创新营销、高端品鉴活动及消费者教育推广精品葡萄酒文化。
2026年，她进一步拓展体育产业，投资创立万国击剑华漕中心，担任法人代表兼总经理，为上海青少年及成人提供专业击剑培训与发展平台。
