Talent Bootcamp is a career accelerator that brings together talented young graduates with decision makers from the world's most attractive companies. It's a full day event where we help youngsters think of their career as a business and later pitch themselves to C levels from Fortune 500 and amazing startups. It has taken place in 20countries with over 40,000 young graduates attending and generating over 17,000 jobs.

Judging Panel Structure and Process

Each Bootcamper meets a panel of 2-3 industry professionals for a 10-minute session that combines a concise self-pitch with in-depth feedback to advance their career goals.

• Panel Composition: 2-3 senior professionals (e.g., CEOs, Marketing Directors, Product/HR Managers)
• Session Flow: 2-min Bootcamper pitch; 8-min judges' questions & feedback
• Objective: Showcase strengths and gain targeted career advice

What is Expected from the Judges

• Criticise constructively and incisively while pointing out the strengths and the weaknesses of the candidate
• Contribute with improvement suggestions and ideas for the candidate to grow
• Pass on contacts and leads (as appropriate)
• Contribute with knowledge, instinct and experience
• Have a pedagogical attitude so that the participation at Talent Bootcamp can be a learning stage and positive experience for the Bootcamper
