In 2025, AustCham Shanghai was proud to launch its new Flexi Membership, designed to support businesses without on-the-ground representation in the Yangtze River Delta that are actively engaged in trade and investment between Australia and China. The Flexi Membership aims to enhance connectivity, knowledge sharing, and engagement for companies seeking deeper market understanding and bilateral collaboration.

To further strengthen Australia–China business exchange, AustCham Shanghai will host a Flexi Webinar on February 11th, bringing Flexible Members together with senior advisors to explore China's economic outlook and evolving marketing trends. The programme features a forward-looking briefing on China's 2025 Foreign Investment Encouraged Catalogue, followed by insights into changing consumer behaviour and emerging channels.

为进一步加强中澳商业交流,澳大利亚商会-上海将于 2 月 11 日 举办 云享会员在线研讨会,邀请云享会员与资深顾问共同探讨中国经济发展前景及不断演变的市场营销趋势。活动将首先带来聚焦在中国 2025 年外商投资鼓励目录解读,随后分享消费者行为变化及新兴营销渠道相关洞察。

    International Business Advisory/Associate at Dezan Shira & Associates

    Victoria Li is an Associate in the International Business Advisory team at Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai office. She assists foreign investors entering China, from pre-entry assessment to corporate structuring, and provides ongoing support in collaboration with her legal, tax, accounting, and payroll colleagues.
    Additionally, Victoria serves as a point of contact for the Chinese client services desk and guides Chinese investors' initiatives in overseas countries. Having resided in Australia for 7 years, she underwent legal training at a community legal center, acquiring communication skills and industry knowledge through client interactions.
    Victoria holds a Bachelor of Law degree (Honour) from Monash University with a major focus on Australian domestic law practices and a Master of Law degree from the University of Adelaide, specializing in international law areas.

    Victoria Li是Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai office的国际业务咨询团队的副总监。她协助外国投资者进入中国市场,从前期的准入评估到公司架构设计,并在后续运营中协同法律、税务、会计及薪酬部门的同事为客户提供持续支持。
