Program Overview
The AustCham Shanghai Internship Program connects globally educated Chinese students with companies in China for a 12-week full-time internship experience. It is designed to give students real-world exposure and help companies access international-caliber young talent.

Intern Profile
· Background: Chinese nationals studying at top overseas universities
· Fields of Study: Business, Creative Industries, IT, Engineering, etc.
· Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English
· Internship Period: Mid-July to end-September 2025 (12 weeks, full-time)
· Number of Interns: Flexible based on company needs

• 实习时间：2025年7月中旬至9月底（12周，全职）

What Host Companies Provide
· A clearly defined internship role and responsibilities
· A supervisor or mentor to guide the intern
· Stipend optional (not required)
· Opportunity for the intern to attend AustCham Shanghai events
