This year, AustCham Shanghai celebrates its 30th anniversary with a series of special events leading up to our summer gala. As part of these festivities, we're honored to welcome esteemed guests from Australia to host several warm-up events. To kick off this series, we're delighted to have Christine Holgate, CEO of Team Global Express, join us.
Christine brings invaluable expertise, having served as the former CEO of Blackmores and spearheading the expansion of natural health companies throughout Asia. With 35 years of diverse international leadership experience across logistics, retail, healthcare, media, telecommunications, and finance, Christine brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Currently serving as the Group CEO of Team Global Express, a 3 billion dollars leading logistics organization in Australia & New Zealand, Christine has a proven track record of navigating complex industries and driving sustainable growth. Her tenure as Group CEO at Australia Post saw her spearhead a transformative shift towards ecommerce and financial services, ensuring the company's profitability and securing vital community services. With over 25 years of public board experience and a multitude of accolades recognizing her outstanding contributions to business leadership, Christine is a true visionary in the field.
Christine will provide insights into Team Global Express's remarkable turnaround journey, highlighting key strategies and lessons learned. She will also offer insights into the company's future direction, exploring avenues for growth and expansion in the dynamic ecommerce landscape.
